1 Week Out

This is a blog that I haven't updated in a while but starting now, it will tell all about our Australian Adventures.

One week from today I will be in route to Australia. The first wave of the Clemson crew will be flying out together from Charlotte. While my nerves are racing, I am excited to get the trip under way. I'm going to work and live in Newcastle, Australia for 7 months with 4 other guys. As of right now we have plane tickets, work visas and open minds but not much else. Our hope is to find a place to live and jobs when we get there. (any connections/friends in AU/or suggestions are welcomed)

To show you where we'll be, here is Australia with Newcastle highlighted on the southeast coast. It's about 100 miles north of Sydney.

My hope/intention for this blog is to keep friends and family updated on our trip and adventures.
