Here's the deal, I want to keep the blog up for several reasons, one is to keep friends updated on my life. Since many of my closest friends have finished college, it is a good way to keep up with each other and I love reading other people's blogs so I want to keep this one up. The problem is that I never really have a desire to write...but that won't improve unless I start somewhere. So this is the somewhere.
Anyway, I'm spending this summer working for Classic Graphics (www.cgraphics.com). As much as I love Clemson and South Carolina, it is a great feeling to be back in my home state of NC. I notice this at the most random times. For example, in the bathroom at Chick-fil-a, the sign telling all employees to wash their hands after going to the bathroom said it was a North Carolina state law. It was comforting for me to read North Carolina in that sign. I think I might have laughed out loud when I realized how much I enjoyed seeing that.
The company is a printing company so if you need anything printed let me know and I'll get you and estimate...HA. Although I like reading blogs, I don't like reading long ones, so I'll keep it short. I like my job if I have to have a 8-5 but I'm not a big fan of the 8-5 schedule. My roommate is awesome, I am totally blessed that such a random connection (craigslist led to a common facebook friend...kind of a crazy story in itself) worked out so well. And Charlotte is turning out to be a cool place.
My goal is to keep the blog updated. Peace for now.
