The Superbank!

After some job searching this morning, Caleb and I went out to the Superbank today. Last week it was the site of the Quiksilver Pro so a handful of the best surfers in the world were still hanging around to surf. Caleb went out in the middle of them and I stood in the middle of all the cameras to catch some shots.






Most of the guys out there had major sponsors on their boards. The quiksilver sticker was a common sight.

Here's Parko. I went swimming for a little while with my waterproof case for the flip video and he rode one right beside me. On the way home I saw a 15 ft poster of him on the side of a surf shop.
This one is Dane Reynolds who walked right beside us on the beach. What a sick name. We were sad about missing the contest but it made up for it to be out on the beach and in the surf with these guys and no crowd.
